Remarks
This is a rather computationally expensive constraint and generally it's not necessary. It is often possible to combine the two rigid bodies into one using a PhysicsCompoundGeometry to group the geometric collision shapes. It is also worth noting that the dynamics-phase solvers typically allow constraints to be violated and this results in fixed joint behaving more like a spring than a hard constraint. It is strongly recommended to reconsider whether you *really* need a fixed joint!
