Syntax

The IPacketIO type exposes the following members.

Properties

	Name	Description
	Endian	Endianess for integral types.
	ID	Optional ID to identify the packet (eg source/destination, packet section, etc).
	IsFixed	Returns true if this is a fixed size data source. (Inherited from IDataIO.)
	Length	Returns the current length of the data. (Inherited from IDataIO.)
	Parent	Returns the parent packet, or null.
	Position	Returns the current position in the data. (Inherited from IDataIO.)
	Remaining	Returns the remaining data/space available. (Always 0 for an expandable buffer.) (Inherited from IDataIO.)
	TextEncoding	Encoding for text strings.
